United Baristas has been exploring the carbon emissions of a cup of coffee over the past five years. More recently we’ve focused on identifying the viable actions baristas and coffee businesses can make to tackle their carbon emissions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our founder Tim Ridley has also been involved in an industry project to scope the carbon emissions of coffee shops<\/em>. In this short presentation at Caff\u00e8 Culture 2022, he maps United Baristas’ journey exploring coffee’s carbon footprint<\/a> and brings it up-to-date with fresh research from the project’s recent pilot study.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
