United Baristas\u00a0primarily sells to United Kingdom and European Union addresses. We may be able to ship select items to key international destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed both through the online shop and confirmed through other channels, such as email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For items purchased on Equipment Store, please see Equipment Store Exchanges & Returns<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Automated communications and customer service assistance are provided in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n VAT is applied to\u00a0relevant products on\u00a0orders to the UK destinations. You will automatically be emailed a VAT receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For destinations outside of the UK, we may be able to sell products excluding VAT. Any VAT charges are clearly shown at checkout. However, import duties might apply on the product\u2019s entry into the destination country. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes and any administration charges. These charges vary by country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for specific information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n United Baristas takes out insurance for products in transit until it is delivered to you. At this point responsibility for your items passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase \u2013<\/strong> for example, in the case of a gift order \u2013<\/strong> then the person who receives the package at the delivery address is responsible for the items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If your items are damaged in transit, please contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are able to cancel your order any time up to the point of shipping for a full refund. To cancel your order, please email us.\u00a0If your item(s) have already been dispatched, you may have the options to return the item under the relevant returns policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be possible to return the item(s) for exchange or a refund. Items must be returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days of delivery with a copy your receipt. Please read the\u00a0Exchange and Return Process<\/a>, which form part of these terms and conditions for items purchased on United Baristas Store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Most sales on Equipment Store are commercial sales. These sales are not returnable for either for exchange or refund. Sometimes, we are able to facilitate a buy-back as part of a sale to an alternate consumer. An alternative option is for you to sell any unwanted items on Marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. We are commonly able to process refunds in five working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note that we are not able to refund or credit additional shipping charges and that we are only able to accept returns of food items if they are defective.
